DAY 1

Welcome to Rarotonga

Unwind in luxury upon arrival

Kia Orana Rarotonga! The largest and most populated island in the Cook Islands is the epitome of relaxation but with lashings of options for how to make the most of your visit. Unlike many other resort destinations – there is no need to limit yourself to the confines of the resort.

You can easily hire a car and dine where you want – whether its a fresh fish open air setting or the more refined locale of Tamarind Restaurant, and just as easily you can choose to grab your snorkel and mask and head to the ra-ui areas (protected marine reserves) at Aroko, Tikioki, Pouara and Nikao and Aroa ra’ui.

DAY 2

Swim with the turtles

Use a sea scooter or under your own fin power

Typically allow 2 hours for this outing. Rarotonga is a great place to swim with turtles. You can improve your chances of seeing turtles by taking a sea scooter safari. Sea scooters allow you to travel through the water much faster than you can by swimming, so you’ll be able to cover more ground and see more turtles. You’ll also be able to get up close to the turtles and observe them in their natural habitat.

DAY 3

4WD Buggy

Today if you are up for a little fun in a muddy type of way – then we have the perfect activity for you. This is a fun way to explore the island and test your buggy driving skills.

Raro Buggy Tours offers a unique way to explore Rarotonga’s off-road terrain. On their 90-minute tours, you’ll drive a 4×4 buggy through rainforests, past waterfalls, and along beaches.

DAY 4

Sydney's Secrets

Relax at your resort and perhaps today is the day to visit the spa at the neigbouring property Pacific Resort Aitutaki has an on-site Tiare Spa where guests can pamper themselves with a massage or other spa or beauty treatments. The spa is located in a peaceful Polynesian setting and offers stunning views of the lagoon. Guests can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves while they are being treated.

All facials at the Tiare Spa feature Te Tika products, which are made from botanical and naturally derived ingredients exclusively from the Cook Islands. The Te Tika range is also available for purchase at the spa.
